Many Changes Will Soon Begin to Happen
Changes Are Already Happening
There are many changes taking place all over the planet that are of utmost important for humanity. These changes relate to the planet's ecology. They will not necessarily have an immediate impact, however, they are most important and will over a longer period leave their mark on a far greater part of the population than most people currently expect.
The state of the ecology is extremely poor. This problem has not just arisen of late. It has been in existence for many years but has been ignored. As a result of ignoring this ever-growing problem, humanity is running out of time, which most people have not understood.
The first sign of changes to come, affecting most of the human race, are the changing weather patterns which have begun to happen.
The Environment Needs Your Support
Most people belief the environment will always be able to support humanity, however this is simply not possible as the continuing increase in the rate of global pollution is far greater than before.
It is of prime importance that humanity urgently looks at how important the environment is for its own existence.
Due to the ever-increasing need for natural resources, a global problem with water management issues, a pollution problem which is of major significance and emerging problems related to climate change, to name but a few, an ecological situation is looming that is beginning to look increasingly grim.
No viable solutions are in existence to reduce the increasing global pollution in an effective way.
More can be done by those in leading positions, who could instigate or contribute to change in their workplace in support of the environment. This article is not pointing the finger at anyone in particular, as the current global planetary situation had its roots when the first products polluting the planet were produced in the beginning of the industrialization era.
Lifestyle Changes
The modern westernized lifestyle is not ecologically sustainable in the long-term. Thus, a new lifestyle, a new way of living will have to emerge for humanity to survive these ecological problems that are only just beginning to show. It will not be until 2010 before more of humanity will gain insight that they need to adapt their lifestyle to support the ecology and reduce the impact they have on the planet.
Nonetheless, with much goodwill and help of those in positions of power, far more than most people expect can be achieved in reducing the present ecological destruction.
