Mia can phone landlines to most countries. In addition, she can also phone cellphones to countries such as USA, Canada, China, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, India, France, UK, Greece.

After you have paid for a session or a bundle of sessions you will receive a link to Mia’s booking schedule to book the 30 minute sessions.
All 60 minute sessions and emergency sessions are booked via email.

When you book via time trade the following screen will show first:

After you press continue the following screen will appear please make sure to select the correct timezone.

After you select the date and time and press continue the following screen will appear. Please make sure to press the confirm button before you leave the screen.

No there is no need to prepare, other than perhaps to briefly contemplate which issues you would like to discuss.

Mia’s clearing work happens during the session through the words she speaks.
Once the session is finished there is no need to do anything as your soul will do all the clearing work. This can sometimes continue for the rest of the day.

Each session will be different as each person is unique and each person has his or her own unique path to walk in life.
Each session has a combinations of distant energy healing as well as channeled guidance.
Part of Mia’s healing gift is through the spoken word back to your Soul whereby your Soul with help of guides will do the actual healing.
This is why you sometimes can get tired after a session as the healing can continue for several hours afterwards.

Your session will take place with the help of your own guides and there can therefor never be a negative effect or feeling of overload.
Most people feel lighter or have more clarity or feel happier depending on what the intent is for your session.

However, on occasion, when you are releasing a lot of  stress there may be some mild tiredness for several hours afterwards.

After you book a session you will receive an email with confirmation details. At the bottom of that email is a link you can use to reschedule… see below.

After you have clicked on the “Cancel or reschedule this appointment” link the following screen appears, please make sure to press either the cancel or reschedule button.

Once you have completed this process you will  receive an email confirming with either the words cancel or reschedule in the heading to confirm these changes. See sample below.

When you book a session via Mia’s bookings schedule you will automatically receive an email from timetrade confirming the time and date of your booking for your chosen timezone.
If you did not receive a confirmation email please check your spam folder first. If no email arrived you are most likely not booked.
This can happen when the confirmation button was not pressed during the bookings process. This confirmation button appears at the bottom of the screen where the selected date and time are displayed.
If you are not sure about your booking please sent an email to [email protected] and we can confirm if your are booked.

Below is a sample of the confirmation email you will receive when making a booking.

Each situation is different. Generally speaking you will need permission from any adult  if they are not incapacitated and able to give that permission.
It is best email first with the name of the person before you place an order.

FOR SESSIONS

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice needs to be given for a cancellation of a session. In that case your appointment can be rescheduled. Please make sure to check for your cancellation email from time-trade. This will be emailed to you immediately after you cancel and reschedule your appointment.

If you do not contact us to reschedule or cancel or change your session details at least 24 hours in advance we can still honor the booking and sent you the healings remotely at the scheduled time, but we will need your permission in advance, which can be via email.

There is NO refund or credit for healing or coaching sessions if no-show or cancelled within 24 hours.

Any bookings that were made within 24 hours of scheduling is treated as a same-day session. No refund or credit can be offered. However we can still offer the distant healings at the scheduled time instead, providing your permission is given.

Should you be late for a scheduled session your session may be shorter. This is at our discretion and is also determined by available time left before the next appointment starts. In this case you will be responsible for the “full” session cost regardless of the duration of the session.

FOR SESSIONS PACKAGES

The same cancellation policy apply regarding the 24 hour cancellation of a session. If you do not contact us to reschedule, cancel or change your session details at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time, we can still honor the booking and sent you the healings remotely at the scheduled time, but we will still need your permission beforehand, which can be via email.

Yes the energy will continue with replays as Mia’s words and the associated healing flow will be recognized by your soul and it guides.

No with most group calls you can listen to the replay in any order of your choosing.
If there are calls where you need to listen in a certain order it will be mentioned at the beginning of the call.

Yes you can listen to any part of any of the calls.

People often report they get clearings from certain segments of a call.
These segments can be listened to without having to listen to the rest of the group call.

You can listen to most of the group calls at anytime.

However you might wish to leave 2 to 3 days in between each repeat listen to allow the energies to complete first.

Yes most of the group calls have time included for live questions as well as for questions via the webcast.
You can ask a live question by using  *2 on your phone.
You will be placed in a queue until Mia will unmute you and you can ask her your question.
For webcast questions you can enter the questions in a special box that will show on your webcast screen.
You can also submit your questions via email.

You can mainly ask questions related to yourself or any kind of relationship issue in your life such as with parents, children or at work.
The questions need to be in relation to the main topic of the call.

While you do not have to meditate when listening to each of the MP3s, it is best to find a quite place, where you do not get distracted and can hear the words on each of the recordings.
You will be asked a few simple questions and may have to briefly contemplate these questions.

Therefore if there is less distraction in your environment it will assist with focusing on the questions on the recordings.

The MP3s are designed so that you can listen anytime even if you are in a public place.
You do not need to meditate, however you will need to listen while not being distracted by any other activity including driving a car.

After you have listened to any of the  MP3s there is no need to meditate, rest or to wait with any activity. You can continue with you life as normal. You Soul with help of Spirit will do all the clearing work for you.

There is a break needed between each listening. The corresponding eBook that you will find with each MP3 will tell you the minimum amount of time you will need in between each listening.

After you have listened to any of the MP3s you Soul and Spirit with help of your guides will decide how to clear the relevant issues for you.
This can take up to several hours, with some MP3s even longer. This will happen in a gentle way and is often not noticed, until you might notice that you feel lighter or more relaxed or happier.
